Russell Edwards
Russell is a pioneer in SFR build-to-rent construction, purchasing, development, and architectural design. He has built over 6,500 new homes and have over 15 years of new home construction experience. Russell was previously with Camillo Properties and David Weekley Homes. He has a BBA Degree from Sam Houston State University and an AAS in Architectural and Mechanical Design.
John Harcrow
John is an industry leader in institutional SFR leasing, asset management and finance. He has managed 6,500+ SFR homes and has 17 years of real estate sales, leasing and management experience. His previous experience includes Camillo Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle, and the Staubach Company. John has a BS from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
